NAVILUNA Tokai Coffee & Pineapple Chocolate Bar

For a long time we have admired the work of Blue Tokai Coffee roasters, who like us, are demonstrating the richness and quality of ingredients long grown in India, but finally treating them with the care and craftsmanship they require in order to shine. We wanted to create a coffee bar that wasn’t your standard “espresso” or “cappuccino” bar, but something more subtle where the coffee and cacao flavours intertwine, with an ethereal lift not common to coffee chocolate which is the role the sweet and tangy pineapple and fresh vanilla play in this bar.
The unique soil, topographical and weather conditions in South India give our beans and chocolate their unique fruity and zesty flavour.
Naviluna artisan dark chocolate is hand-crafted at low temperatures to harness the greatest nutritional potential of each and every cacao bean, made bean-to-bar in small batches, showcasing the distinctive terroir and flavour of south Indian cacao.
