Inspired by the fickle, temperamental yet undeniably playful shoreline of India’s eastern coast this bar is an exploration into flavours both awkward and rarely understood. Featuring bamboo shoots, steeped in cigar infused caramel and date syrup, paired with fragrant and zesty lemon grass. Each layer falls away like wilting leaves of the Ashoka flower, yielding to the next. Certain to make you question your very notion of delicious whilst yearning for a second bite. 

Naviluna artisan dark chocolate is hand-crafted at low temperatures to harness the greatest nutritional potential of each and every cacao bean, made bean-to-bar in small batches, showcasing the distinctive terroir and flavour of south Indian cacao.
