72% south Indian chocolate couverture made from Karnataka and Kerala origin cacao beans, and sweetened with unrefined organic cane sugar.
Packed with all the flavour and complexity you've come to expect from Naviluna. Featuring 45-55% latent cacao butter our couverture is perfect for use in glazes, bonbon, pralines and bars.
As we've not added any extra cacao butter, the flavour profile is robust, which means a little goes a long way when compared to industrial couvertures.
