Our 100% couverture is ideal for both sweet and savoury applications and can be used in anything from a choux, ganache, glazes, reductions, sauces or dressings.
Packed with all the flavour and complexity you've come to expect from Naviluna. Featuring 45-55% latent cacao butter our couverture is perfect for use in glazes, bon-bones, pralines and bars.
As we've not added any extra cacao butter, the flavour profile is robust, which means a little goes a long way when compared to industrial couvertures.
